I nearly chose the gnomes again.

But, instead, March gets the Scenic Christmas stamp and stencil set from Simply Cards & Papercraft 223 and which I’ve barely used since I got it. Although it doesn’t have many sentiment stamps, so I shall allow myself to pilfer other sets for those if needed.

Like with this card.

Other than the sentiment, I only used the stencil. Sometimes, with stamps and stencils, I forget the simpler ways in which they can be used and try to overcomplicate them. Like forgetting stencils can be used for outlines of things which you then get to colour in.

The thing that took the time with this card was cutting and scoring the base. And, I suppose, finding the right colour pens and pencils. But really it took next to no time to whip up. And then scatter with gems.

I must remember to restock with double-sided sticky tape. And to dig out the magazine for more ideas for this set.
